Rivalry's first show as a four piece band was at Vinnie's Rock Bottom in March of 2008. Vinnie's later relocated directly across the mighty Rock River in Jefferson, WI.
UPDATE: We are part of a program called the Emerging Artist Series which is a competition amongst 44 new bands. Between now and the end of May 26th, Summerfest will be accepting votes for your favorite band. Everyone... WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! You are allowed to vote every 24 hours so make an outlook calendar reminder. The winner will have their music included on a CD that is distributed by Summerfest, 102.1 FM and US Cellular.

We told ourselves not to get excited and jinx ourselves. But it is now time to get excited. Rivalry has been invited to play SUMMERFEST! WOHO! On June 25th at 3:00 PM on the US Cellular Stage, Rivalry will be performing a 45 minute set in participation with the Emerging Artist Series. The EAS includes some 40+ new bands that will compete against each other for a lot of great exposure. Winners are chosen by a text-to-vote type competition so bring out your friends and show your support.
